The temperer – moulder MINI GOLD is equipped with our 3 phases continuous tempering system  (45° – 27° – 30°) which can be adjusted to eliminate the possibility of thickening of the chocolate.

Perfect for little productions of moulded products or “Grand Cru” slabs.
Useful, its cleaning is very quick.
